I also talk about Sally Hogstead’s book, “How the World Sees You,” which flips it from an internal view to an external view of yourself. Sally’s study has outlined 7 advantages:

1. Innovation
2. Passion
3. Power
4. Prestige
5. Trust
6. Mystique
7. Alert

Everyone has one Primary Advantage and a Secondary Advantage. The combination of these two create your Archetype. Here’s the matrix she lays out:

There is also a Dormant Advantage, which is the weakest of the seven for you.
